For artistic collectives, individual artists, ensembles, and community organizers wanting to blend activism with performance and performance with activism.

Embodied Movement (Yoga/Somatic Release)
Body-responsive yoga practice focused on body/mind/spirit alignment. Leveled offerings have included yoga for beginners and inversion practices (handstand, shoulderstand, headstand, etc.).
